Well not much, and they're really simple.

----->All you have to do is find a character you would like to claim, and ask, its that simple. ^-^ And obviously, you can't be that character if he/she is already taken. If you would like to join, please direct yourself to the join link on the main journal, thank you! <-----

1) You must be a fan of One Piece
2) No complaining if the character you wanted is already taken
3) You must put the link i give you in either your journal, signiture or both
4) No being rude and unappreciative
5) If you can, take the time to visit the pages of your fellow members
6) No flaming or bashing
7) Make new friends! XD
